REFUND OF PAYMENT
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund your payment minus any return fee to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to withdraw. If you return the full order, we will also refund the delivery fee.
Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days from receipt.

If the new product has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the payment card with which the purchase was made. If the new product has a higher price, the entire amount for the returned product will be refunded to the payment card with which the purchase was made, and you will then have to place a new order for the product(s) you want instead.
