HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The Georg Jensen website dispatches orders daily Mondays to Fridays. Orders are dispatched with the carrier, ‘UPS’.

You can expect to receive your order:

  • Standard delivery of non-hallmarked products where we have received your order before 12pm on a day which is not a weekend or bank holiday; the next business day, and
  • Delivery within 1-5 business days, if hallmarking is required for the ordered product.

However we cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, and so cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. If the desired product is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

The below delivery charges are for delivery of orders under £100 within the UK only.

  • Standard delivery: GBP 6.50.

Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You have the right to cancel your purchase made on the website at any stage between placing your order and within 14 days of receiving your goods without explanation. Refunds will not be issued from any Georg Jensen boutique.

To cancel your order, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw, by post to:

or e-mail to: ukcustomerservice@georgjensen.com, or telephone +44 207 499 6541. You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery. You may use the Cancellation Notice (which will also be enclosed with your package), but this is not obligatory. You can also download the Cancellation Notice here.

You have the right to exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to exchange, please e-mail us at ukcustomerservice@georgjensen.com with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. In the lower part of the return form that is included with your package, you can specify the reason for the exchange and the product you wish to receive in exchange.

If the price of the goods you wish to receive in exchange is cheaper than the price paid for the goods you wish to exchange, the difference in price will be transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made unless agreed otherwise between us. Where the price of the goods you wish to receive in exchange is more expensive than the price paid for the goods you wish to exchange, you will need to arrange for the payment of the difference in price before we are able to exchange the goods. These exchange instructions are also included on the return form that is included with your package.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products' nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product's packaging, such as boxes for jewellery, watches and other items, is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned.

You must return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw or exchange.

You will pay the return shipping cost. We suggest that you insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit. We request that returns are shipped through a registered delivery method so that you have a record of their return. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.

When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or, if received earlier, evidence from you that you have returned the goods.

Refunds will be transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made unless agreed otherwise between us.

  1. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
  2. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

DAISY COLLECTION

WHAT IS ENAMEL?

Enamel is a mixture of finely ground glass and mineral additives, which is melted down at approx. 800°C. In several procedural steps a base coat of individual layers of enamel is applied onto a metal foundation. Each enamel colour is then sequentially applied leaf by leaf. The Daisy jewellery comes with either transparent or opaque enamel. The Daisy leaves have a beautiful pattern symbolising the structure of natural Daisy petal. The pattern becomes visible in the transparent Daisies in rose, green and purple.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Sterling silver should be polished occasionally with a soft impregnated polishing cloth. Gold jewellery should be polished with a soft piece of wash leather - this is also suitable for cleaning the surface of the diamonds.
