GoInStore is an all new way to experience online shopping by allowing you to virtually visit our store from the comfort of your own home by simply clicking on one of the Live Assistance buttons, found on the Georg Jensen UK website. By doing so, you will automatically be connected to one of our Product Experts via a one-way video call, meaning that you will be able to see and hear our Product Expert, but they will only be able to hear you. 

All that you need to do is check that your microphone and speakers are turned up in order to ensure GoInStore is working at its fullest potential.
