Perfect for a cheese board and everyday use, this elegant set of three knives carries the organic shapes that define Georg Jensen's Alfredo collection. Designed with a flat handle that ensures a comfortable grip, the set includes a long knife with a thin blade perfect for soft types of cheese, such as brie; a medium-sized one for spreads like cottage cheese; and a smaller knife to break up bigger pieces of cheese such as parmesan. The knives are dishwasher safe, however we recommend washing them by hand.
