Christmas service

We recommend that you order by 17 December for delivery before Christmas (main cities). For delivery to New Zealand, please order by 13 December.

For Christmas gifts ordered in November and December, we offer extended return and exchange service until 24 January 2019. If you choose to cancel a purchase or wish to exchange your gift to another product, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.
