For all orders a fixed freight fee is charged, irrespective of the number of items you purchase.
The following rates apply as of June 2017:
- EUR 0 incl. VAT on orders above EUR 250 for delivery within the European Union.
- EUR 30 incl. VAT on orders below EUR 250 for delivery within the European Union.
The prices include a 10% oil fee. Should the mandatory oil fee be substantially changed, we preserve the right to change the freight rates to reflect this.
For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.
All shipments are sent via UPS to a recipient in the European Union, exclusive of Denmark, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days when we have the item in stock. For orders that include both home items and jewellery or watch items, the delivery time is 4-8 business days*. As Georg Jensen cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Georg Jensen cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. If the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on www.ups.com. Please be aware that it may take 24 hours before your delivery information is registered in their system.
*For delivery to the Netherlands or France, precious metal products require hallmarking (your proof of the value of the metal). Please expect an additional two days of delivery due to this - i.e. up to 10 business days for orders that include jewellery. For such orders, the tracking number will only be activated 3-4 business days after we ship the order.
Delivery to other destinations
From this site, we ship to countries in the European Union, exclusive of Denmark, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. To ship to those countries or to countries outside the European Union, click “Europe” in the top right corner of the desktop site or in the menu on mobile and select your destination country from the list that appears.
For China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan we refer to our local subsidiaries. Please see our store locator for information on where to shop in these countries.
For Malaysia we refer to our local subsidiary in Singapore.
For Canada we refer to our local agent.
Please note that we do not ship to Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.
