The shipping charge excl. GST to New Zealand is:

  • International Standard shipping: AU$25 for orders weighing less than 5kg.  

We will contact you in relation to freight charges for orders over 5kg.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post International, unless otherwise indicates. A signature is required on delivery for all Georg Jensen orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, and so cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. If the desired product is not in stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

We strongly recommend that you do not instruct any shipping company to leave a delivery from us at any unattended location. Georg Jensen accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any delivery left at an unattended location.


We will endeavour to deliver your purchase to you promptly, however, all shipments may be subject to delays during peak periods or when shipped to regional areas. The following are standard international delivery times to New Zealand:
  • METRO AREAS: 2 – 10 business days.
  • NON-METRO AREAS: 4 – 12 business days.

Please allow up to 5 extra days during sale periods.


Georg Jensen offers shipping to New Zealand. The shipping to New Zealand is charged as international shipping and it is important to be aware that your order may incur import duties on arrival from Australia to New Zealand. The actual price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company. Please note orders which are more than the equivalent of ~NZ$300 and shipped to New Zealand may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider. Additionally, your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify orders shipped to New Zealand as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
