Bernadotte Coupe Plate, 16.5 cm
Bernadotte 10021124 https://www.georgjensen.com/en-nz/bernadotte-coupe-plate-16.5-cm/10021124.htmlSold out
This coupe plate in white porcelain, with its gently scalloped rim, is perfect for serving smaller dishes such as cakes and starters. The design builds on Georg Jensen’s coveted Bernadotte collection, characterised by soft grooves and undulating edges. The collection includes Bernadotte originals as well as pieces inspired by the designer’s work—a close collaborator of the house in the 1930s, whose designs marked the shift from the ornate features of Art Nouveau to the more pared-back expression of Functionalism.
