Weft Earrings

These silver earrings are composed of individual links, each hooked together by hand to form an elongated eleven-link drop. The length enhances their fluidity, allowing the structure to move naturally with the wearer. The design also features a hanging orb that introduces a point of visual movement. This element is inspired by the beaded contour of the historic Georg Jensen hallmark, traditionally applied to pieces crafted in precious metals. The earrings are part of the Weft collection, where weaving is translated into silver, the House’s founding material. The series draws on Georg Jensen’s long-standing affinity with natural forms, reinterpreting archival twine motifs into contemporary jewellery that explores material, form and transparency.
