Andrea serves on the board of directors of Georg Jensen Investment ApS, the Italian luxury menswear brand Corneliani, the cyber security infrastructure and managed services provider SecureLink, the Italian protective gear maker Dainese and the Swedish ski helmet maker POC.

Annick Desmecht, Member of the Board since 2019
Annick has been the architect of several accelerated growth strategies for Private Equity in the consumer, luxury and retail sectors, bringing a wide range of experience in building enterprise value for owners in complex global businesses, with a special emphasis on developments across Asia. Before her career in Private Equity, Annick held a number of leading executive positions internationally, primarily with Procter & Gamble for close to 15 years, as well as with Nokia and the Harrods group. Annick also worked for management consulting firms McKinsey and A.T. Kearney.
Annick holds a BA with Honors in Business Engineering from the ICHEC Brussels School of Management and an MBA with Honors from the Harvard Business School.

Duncan holds a BSc in Management & Finance from Boston College in the US and an Executive Diploma in Industry & Finance from Tsinghua University Wudaokou in China.
Celine Infeld, Member of the Board since 2020
Celine is an operating partner at Investcorp and serves on the board of directors of Georg Jensen Investment ApS and the Swedish healthcare technology business Cambio.
Celine holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc from both the London School of Economics and NYU Stern School of Business.
Rob Bostock, Member of the Board since 2020
Rob is an operating partner at Investcorp with over 20 years' experience in Ecommerce, omnichannel operations, CRM, IT and digital transformation and is the NED for the trading arm of the UK charity Help for Heroes (Jan 21).
Rob holds a BA in Economics.

Mehul is an executive with over 20 years of experience managing finance at private equity owned omnichannel consumer product companies. Mehul joined Georg Jensen in 2020.
Mehul holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London.
John Helms, Chief Operating Officer
John is an international senior executive with more than 20 years' experience in operations and finance. John joined Georg Jensen in 2017.
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain.
Marcus Henriksen, Chief Financial Officer
Marcus is an international finance executive with extensive experience within finance, accounting, business development and M&A. Marcus joined Georg Jensen in 2021.
Marcus holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration (finance and accounting) and a MSc in Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
Anette Hasling Jæger, Chief Experience Officer
Anette is an international executive with broad experience within customer experience, e-commerce and retail, both as consultant and for brands, including ECCO. Anette joined Georg Jensen in 2021.
Anette holds a MSc in International Marketing & Management as well as a MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
Susan Atefy, Chief Marketing Officer
Susan is an international executive with over 20 years brand marketing experience with leading global premium brands. She worked across a variety of sectors with Unilever, Lindt, De Beers, Godiva, and PE backed Erno Laszlo. Susan joined Georg Jensen in 2020.
Susan holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and an MBA from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland). She obtained Executive Development Programmes at London Business School in London, UK.
Ragnar Hjartarson, Creative Director
Ragnar is an international luxury executive with over 20 years in the field of jewelry, watches and home décor. He worked in various roles in Paris including marketing, design, product development and merchandising with Cartier, Boucheron, Hermes and Swarovski. Ragnar worked at Georg Jensen between 2005 and 2010 and joined the company again in 2021..
Ragnar holds a BA in French literature from the University of Iceland and he is a graduate from Institute d’Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux.
Pernilla Aadal Lund, Senior Director, Human Resources
Pernilla is an educated Danish Business Psychologist (Cand. Psych. Aut.) and a strong HR Profile with substantial experience in organizational design, restructuring operations, leadership and cultural assessment. Pernilla joined Georg Jensen in 2018.
Charlotte Juhl, Senior Director, Merchandising
Charlotte is a Danish executive with more than 20 years’ experience within marketing, product management, and sale and merchandising of jewellery and designer goods for global retail, wholesale, and e-commerce environments.
Charlotte has been employed with Georg Jensen since 1995.
