ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Bring a touch of Scandinavian style to your garden, balcony or living room with this sculptural and contemporary take on a traditional planter. Made from stainless steel that contrasts beautifully with the natural foliage, the innovative double-ended design allows for added versatility while growing plants. The planter is reversible so that you can start off a small plant at the narrow end and then, as it grows, flip it over and replant in the wider end. Minimalistic and sleek, it makes a perfect gift for the home gardener.
Norwegian design studio Snøhetta has attracted the attention of the design world with a wide array of projects ranging from furniture to graphics and architectural projects such as the expansion of the SFMOMA. The company's Scandinavian minimalist aesthetic and functionalist rigor are apparent in the first collaboration with Georg Jensen, the Terra collection of garden ware.
This large reversible planter is made from stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish and comes with a matching saucer.
The design of the Terra reversible planters and the pots entails that there are two diameters that have to be taken into consideration when choosing plants.
This large Terra reversible planter measures 15.3 cm (6.02 inches) in diameter at the narrow side and 21.3 cm (8.38 inches) at the widest side. The tray measures 23.6 cm (9.29 inches) in diameter.
