2020 Christmas Mobile, Ice Flower

Decorating a Christmas tree is one of the season’s most cherished rituals. This year joining the noted list of designers who have created Georg Jensen’s annual Christmas collectibles is Danish-born Sanne Lund Traberg who based her mobiles and decorations on winter plants collected from her very own garden. The results not only reference the natural world - so important to true Scandinavian design - but also the flower photography of Karl Blossfeldt and Art Nouveau that is such a strong part of the Georg Jensen heritage.

Expertly crafted from brass and plated with 18 karat gold in Georg Jensen’s own workshop in Denmark, the two part mobile comes with both a traditional red and a seasonal green ribbon.
