Exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange or return your order, you must notify Georg Jensen customer service within 14 days from the receival of your order.

Easy return service
You may return any product you have ordered from georgjensen.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise in perfect condition, excluding custom and special orders.
For Canada specifically, a restocking and return fee of 25 USD will be deducted before we refund your order.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
To return any item please contact georgjensen.com via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to georgjensen.com. Refunds will not be issued from any Georg Jensen boutique.
If you have received a free gift as a part of your order, you must also return the free gift to us, if you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. We will deduct the value of any free gift, if you do not return it with the other items and no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift.
All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a salable condition with original packaging intact and must have original purchaser's information or order number to be processed.
If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.
All online refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by georgjensen.com.
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.
