Exchanges and returns 

If you wish to exchange or return your order, you must notify Georg Jensen customer service within 14 days from the receival of your order.  

Easy return service

You may return any product you have ordered from or from one of our North American retail stores within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. The merchandise must be in perfect. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned. 

For Canada specifically, a restocking and return fee of 25 USD will be deducted before we refund your order. 

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

If you have received a free gift as a part of your order, you must return the free gift to us, if you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. We will deduct the value of any free gift, if you do not return it with the other items and no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. 

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a salable condition with original packaging intact and must have original purchaser's information or order number to be processed.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All online refunds will be completed within approximately seven days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by

Store credit

Store credits that have been issued from one of our North American retail stores expire 12 months after the date of issue stated on the applicable store credit or the earliest date permitted by applicable law thereafter. Store credit can only be redeemed in-store at our North American retail stores or on by writing to

Store credits have no cash value. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen store credits.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.
