Exchanges and returns
For Christmas gifts ordered in November and December, we offer extended return and exchange service until January 17th 2020. All orders after the 17th January will only receive a credit voucher.
Easy return service
You may return any product you have ordered from georgjensen.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise in perfect condition, excluding custom and special orders.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
To return any item please contact georgjensen.com via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to georgjensen.com. Refunds will not be issued from any Georg Jensen boutique.
All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact and must have original purchaser's information or order number to be processed.
If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.
All online refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by georgjensen.com.
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.
