BERNADOTTE Lunch Plate - Design Inspired by Sigvard Bernadotte

Minimalist yet still with subtle detailing, this small porcelain plate is perfect for lunch and salads. The small ridges add a tactile element that references Bernadotte’s functionalist Art Deco aesthetic whilst the flat shape of the plate is entirely contemporary. Mixed with the larger plates and bowls from the range, it adds a touch of sophisticated Scandinavian style to the dining experience.

Swedish royal prince Sigvard Bernadotte was one of Georg Jensen’s most notable early collaborators. Strongly influenced by the functionalist movement, Bernadotte’s work is characterised by elegant and sophisticated design that never forgets practicality and has now inspired the Bernadotte collection of tableware.

The plate is made from pure white porcelain.
