2019 Christmas candleholder, Star

A star is one of the most recognisable symbols associated with Christmas so it makes the perfect decoration when added to a candleholder as it twinkles and sparkles on a tree. The surface of the star is decorated with abstract Art Deco shapes which gives it a graphic, contemporary appeal.

Using her knowledge of the heritage of Georg Jensen and then reworking it in a totally modern way, designer Sanne Lund Traberg has captured the very essence of Christmas in her collectibles. Stars, hearts and trees become decorations, mobiles and charms that will be cherished for generations to come.

This palladium-plated zinc alloy candleholder is expertly made by Georg Jensen’s own craftsmen in Denmark.
