2012 Christmas Mobile Star of Bethlehem, Gold

There is no Christmas story more classic, than the story which formed the foundation for the very first Christmas. This year the ‘Christmas Gospel’ has inspired designer Rebecca Uth to create the 2012 collection of Georg Jensens Christmas Collectibles, beautifully illustrating the Nativity of Jesus Christ. The Christmas mobile 2012 illustrates the Star of Bethlehem that shined over the stable where Jesus was born, leading the three wise men to his birthplace.

Designer: Rebecca Uth

Rebecca Uth graduated as an Industrial Designer from the Danish Design School in Copenhagen with specialization in product design in 2000. Following her graduation, she owned her own design studio in Copenhagen. In the years 2005-2008, Rebecca Uth lived and worked as a design manager for Swedish UMA, designing home interior in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Since 2008 Rebecca Uth has been the Design Director of the Georg Jensen ‘Home’, and is, amongst many achievements, the creative mind behind the beautiful JOHANNE by Georg Jensen Christmas collection, REBECCA & SUPERNOVA.
