Delivery guide and shipping cost

For all orders a fixed shipping fee is charged, independent on how many items purchased.

The following rates are valid as per January 6th 2010.

• Delivery within the European Union: EUR 30, incl. VAT
• Delivery in Europe, excluding countries in the European Union: EUR 24
• Delivery to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland: EUR 39
• Delivery to Canada and North America: EUR 29
• Delivery to South America, Africa and Asia Pacific: EUR 46
• Delivery to the Russia region: EUR 38
• Delivery to all other countries: EUR 39

All prices are exclusive VAT (except the price for EU countries). The prices include a 10% oil fee.

All shipments are sent via UPS. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way via www.ups.com.

Once dispatched you can, on average, expect to receive your order within 5 working days.

Regarding orders outside the European Union

On top of the order total (including shipping charges) a fee to cover expenses for import duty and VAT/tax will be charged by UPS when delivering the items to you. The fee is app. EUR 13/USD 17.

Also, when receiving goods outside of EU import duty and local VAT/tax has to be paid to UPS before the goods are released. For information on local import duty and local VAT/tax please check with your local tax and custom authorities.

About delivery - please note:

Should you want delivery to either Denmark, the UK, the US or Australia please visit our local online stores - this is done by clicking "Change country" in the top left corner.

For Taiwan, Japan, China and Singapore we refer to our local subsidiaries. For Italy, South Africa, Greece and Canada we refer to our agents. Please see our store locator for information on where / how to buy in these countries.

Please note that we do not ship to Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, U.A.E., Bahrain, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed

Should the mandatory oil fee be substantially changed, we preserve the right to change the shipping rates to reflect this.
