You may place your order online at any time of the day you wish.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from georfgjensenstore.com.au. Please read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions and changes will be posted on the georgjensenstore.com.au site.
You can register as a shopper with georgjensen.com.au to benefit from faster repeat ordering from our site, as well as regular updates on special promotions from Georg Jensen and on georgjensenstore.com.au. It is also possible to order without registering if you prefer.
The staff at georgjensenstore.com.au fulfil orders Monday to Friday from 10am-1pm. Orders placed outside of these times will be fulfilled on the next business day.

When you order something from georgjensenstore.com.au you must comply with our shopping process. By placing an order with us you warrant to us that you are resident in Australia that you are accessing the Site from Australia and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly by email, telephone or mail to inform you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
All items are subject to availability.
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site. Prices are subject to change. Delivery costs are not included. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. Payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order must be received before your order can be accepted.
You may return any product you have ordered from georgjensen.com/au within 14 days from receipt of purchase with merchandise in perfect condition, excluding custom and special orders.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
To return any item please contact georgjensen.com/au via lor telephone 1800 441765. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to georgjensens.com/au. Refunds will not be issued from any Georg Jensen boutique.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by georgjensen.com/au.
All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact.
If the product you have requested is out of stock at the time we receive your order; we will contact you via email and credit the account used with a full refund.
All online refunds will be completed within aproximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. . Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract any sum debited to us from your credit card will be recredited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be recredited to you.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
(a) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
(b) We do not deliver to your area;
(c) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will recredit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit account as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of payment being received for your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We warrant that any product purchased through the georgjensenstore.com.au website (the "Site") is of satisfactory quality and fit for its intended purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the foregoing shall be return of the product in question for a refund subject to strict adherence to our refund and replacement policy above.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, (A) NEITHER GEORG JENSEN Ltd. NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SITE, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE AND (B) THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
OUR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH OUR SITE IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL) HOWEVER ARISING OUT OF ANY PROBLEM YOU NOTIFY TO US UNDER THIS CONDITION AND WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO PAY ANY MONEY TO YOU BY WAY OF COMPENSATION OTHER THAN TO REFUND TO YOU THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE GOODS IN QUESTION.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation including obtaining all necessary customs import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the goods you purchase.
This agreement and the relationship between you and Georg Jensen Ltd shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
These terms and conditions together with our current website prices, contract details, delivery details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by us.
Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation we shall have no liability for any such representations being untrue or misleading.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock outs and other internal disputes breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any part of these conditions will not be affected.
